小柴胡去人参半夏人参加栝楼实汤。咽干，目眩，烦闷，不呕。邪热郁在阳明、少阳之间，身热不寒，用柴胡黄芩去人参。烦闷不渴，所以用栝楼实，不呕去半夏。

大便虽然2、3日未来，但无服满痛等实证。故排除承气汤症。

方用白虎加人参汤。
