[/size][/font][font=Tahoma][size=10.5pt]女患，43岁，眩晕症4-5年，每年小发作无数次，发作时脖子僵硬，眼睛和太阳穴往外鼓，每年大发作一两次，发作时浑身冒汗，看东西转，不敢睁眼，不敢动，不敢说话，欲吐。平时有时头发木，脖子转动响的厉害，蹲一会脚麻，起身两膝关节疼痛。家人说睡觉打呼噜，仰卧有时憋气。月经按月，有时月经期消化不好，腹泻，有食欲，厌油腻，不觉得渴，习惯喝茶水，喝的多，饮后尿频，有时急，尿裤子。大便不急。发现血压高4-5年。梦多，入睡快，不敢多睡，睡多了就脖子疼。脉偏沉，按压有弦象，舌淡红苔白偏腻，自述以前有地图舌。[/size][/font][font=Tahoma][size=10.5pt]
