湿郁（retention of wetness）
湿郁：多因湿邪郁困而使气机不畅所致。症见全身疼痛、身重、头晕重、倦怠、苔薄腻等。常遇阴天或寒冷即发。retention of wetness a disorder caused by the retention of wetness-evil leading to the sluggishness of vital energy ，commonly seen in the wet or cold weather manifested as general aching ，dizziness，fatigue，thin and greasy fur on the tongue，etc.
