我读中医学大成,有蔻仁这味药,可在中医药性上看只有白豆蔻,请问这是同一药么;盼解答谢谢

一般是白豆蔻 。还有红豆蔻 草豆蔻 草果 肉豆蔻 等都属于辛香料。温中下气开胃消食止泻止呕

N那处方上写蔻仁又指那味呀

下面是我能找到的把豆蔻分类讲得最好的资料。因为中文翻译的混乱,使得许多地方讲起豆蔻都不够清楚。如Elettaria cardamomum 在下面的资料里是说绿豆蔻,中文翻译对应成白豆蔻,是否对呢?

Cardamom refers to several plants of the similar genera Elettaria and Amomum in theginger family Zingiberaceae. Both genera are native to India, Pakistan, Nepal, andBhutan; they are recognised by their small seed pods, triangular in cross-section and spindle-shaped, with a thin, papery, outer shell and small black seeds. Guatemala is the biggest producer and exporter of cardamom in the world, followed by India. Some other countries, such as Sri Lanka, have also begun to cultivate it. Elettaria pods are light green, while Amomum pods are larger and dark brown.
It is the world's third-most expensive spice by weight, outstripped in market value only bysaffron and vanilla.

Types and distribution

Green and black cardamom
The two main genera of the ginger family named as forms of cardamom are distributed as follows:
•      Elettaria (commonly called cardamom, green cardamom, or true cardamom) is distributed from India to Malaysia.
•      Amomum (commonly known as black cardamom, brown cardamom, kravan, Java cardamom, Bengal cardamom, Siamese cardamom, white cardamom, or red cardamom) is distributed mainly in Asia and Australia.
The two types of cardamom, κάρδαμομον and ἄμωμον, were distinguished in the fourth century BCE by the Greek father of botany, Theophrastus. Some of his informantstold him these varieties came to Greece from the land of the Medes in northern Persia, while others were aware it came originally from India.

总体来说豆蔻分成两类,绿豆蔻和黑豆蔻。


Elettaria 绿豆蔻,是平常指的豆蔻,颜色发绿,较小,很贵。是世界上第三贵调料。
Amomun 黑豆蔻,有许多其它名字,颜色发黑,较大,较便宜。主要产在亚洲 和澳大利亚。


这段资料里说白豆蔻是属于Amomum,即黑豆蔻。
但Wiki百科的翻译里面说白豆蔻对应于 Elettari。


所以最好是根据产地,和豆蔻的大小,颜色来区分。

那(中国医学大成)书中医原篇的湿气论中说:。。。。《治法:总以轻开肺气为主。肺主一身之气,气化,则湿自化。即有兼邪,亦与之俱化。湿气渳漫,本无形质,宜用体轻而味辛、淡者治之。辛:如杏仁、蔻仁、半夏、厚朴、藿梗,淡:如苡仁、通草、猪苓、泽泻之类。启上闸,开支河,导湿下行,以为出路。湿去气通,。。。。》这里的蔻仁应该是那种,我搞不懂

我想这里的蔻仁是泛指所有的豆蔻仁,因为所有的豆蔻都属辛味。 白豆蔻只是豆蔻的一种。

作为医生能用的蔻仁肯定是市场上能买到的。仔细研究各种蔻仁的性能,也许在开方时决定使用量上有帮助。你如果做豆蔻专题研究,那么最好买回你能买到的不同的豆蔻,仔细考量它们的不同之处。
